We begin by looking at the bigger picture of your life to understand where you are now and what you desire to create. This may include: Your health, lifestyle, relationships, finances, friends, and spiritual practice. Through deep conversation and intuitive guidance, we identify the core blocks or patterns that may be preventing you from living fully in alignment with your truth.
Releasing Limiting Beliefs
Many struggles come from unconscious beliefs formed earlier in life. Together we gently explore the thoughts that create contraction, fear, or self-doubt, and work on safely releasing them.
Emotional & Inner Healing
- Fifth Dimensional Healing techniques which involve calling on your Higher Self for guidance and moving into childhood memories to shift energy within the body.
- Chinese Medicine techniques where we work directly with the organs and emotions to find peace.
- Shamanic healing techniques which can include guided meditations and colour therapy.
- Parts work. We have aspects of ourselves that may have not received care in childhood. When we consciously offer this care to these parts, we see MASSIVE shifts.
- Sound healing, breath work and mantras.

There are no refunds for sessions, but rescheduling is fine. You can reschedule your session by emailing me at thegoddesslilithia@gmail.com. I will not wait longer than 15 minutes for you to show up to a scheduled session.
When Will the Session Happen? How should I prepare?
As soon as you confirm your payment, I will email you within 24hrs to set up your chat. The video chats are hosted through Google Meets, which are free. All you’ll need is an internet connection and a webcam. Make sure you have an hour of uninterrupted time, a safe and quiet place to chat, some water, and a notebook if you choose. The session is completely guided so you don’t need to feel any stress. All that is required of you is a willingness to share honestly for the healing to occur. There is no expiration for the session. You can chat whenever you have time.
